📝 Job Description & Requirements / Maklumat Iklan:
Job Description:Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant premises. Wash dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and other food preparation items promptly and efficiently.
Sweep, mop, and clean dining areas, kitchen areas, storage rooms, and other designated spaces. Empty and dispose of rubbish and waste materials according to company procedures. Ensure rubbish bins are cleaned and fitted with replacement liners when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness of sinks and common areas at all times.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and inform supervisors when stock levels are low.
- Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
- Assist with basic cleaning and maintenance tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and tools are properly stored after use.
- Support restaurant operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods. Ability to handle dishwashing and cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and workplace safety practices is an advantage.
- Able to communicate in Malay and basic English.
