Job Description:To ensure that a professional standard of customer care is maintained in order to promote company products so that sales targets are achieved.
Responsibilities:- To provide professional service to customers.
- To coordinate sufficient stock levels.
- To ensure correct selling techniques to do sales and achieve targets.
- To perform cashier functions and promote Watsons VIP Member Cards.
- To maintain procedures and methods according to operations standards.
- To undertake other tasks as required by superiors.
- Possess a pleasant personality and good communication skills.
- Candidate must possess at least a PMR/PT3/SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, professional certificate in any field.
- Good interpersonal and follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
- Able to work retail hours (including weekends and public holidays).
- Full-time / part-time positions available.
