Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Clerk to support daily accounting operations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily accounting data entry in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle and manage Accounts Payable (AP) functions including invoice checking, recording, and payment tracking.
  • Process staff claims: collect submissions, verify supporting documents, follow up on missing item and arrange claims payment accordingly.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation for all transactions.
  • Perform basic reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and proper account balances.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Senior Manager from time to time.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Preferably 2 years or more working experience in an accounting-related role.
  • Proficient in using Accounting Software (UBS) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and also as part of a team.
  • Responsible, disciplined and willing to learn.
