Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Chinese will be added advantage.
  • Positive attitude, good communication skills and pleasant personality.
  • Familiar with MS Office applications & SQL Payroll.
  • Preferable those who can start work immediately or with short period of notice.
Academic Qualification:
  • Preferably Diploma/Bachelor Degree in human resource management or equivalent.
Working Experience:
  • At least 2 to 3 years in the related field and preferably in hotel line.
  • Able to work independently without much supervision.
  • Able to handle well with employees in terms of disciplinary issues.
  • Well versed about Labour Ordinance and Employment Act.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare documentation for employer’s new recruitment and movement.
  • Develop and maintain Human Resources Standard of Procedure (SOP) providing training needs and learning experiences for employees.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of payroll management including processing wages, allowances, overtimes, deductions, and others.
  • Handle payroll for full-time staffs and part-timers.
  • Prepare statutory payments and liaise with government statutory bodies.
  • Handle renewal for all company’s business licenses and certificates.
  • Assist in performance reviews and disciplinary issues.
  • Maintain current HR files and databases.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Liaise with agents on foreign worker's renewal work permit and applying quota.
  • Monitor staff leave applications, sick leaves, and medical claims.
  • Apply for grants from HRD Corp.
